Seminar on Preparation for Senior Secondary and University Studies by Hok Yau Club

To assist parents in guiding their daughters in preparing for future studies and life planning, the school invited Mr. Clement Ng, a renowned Student Counselling Consultant from Hok Yau Club and Assistant Principal of Tak Sun Secondary School, to give a career and life planning seminar for both parents and students on the afternoon of 30 November 2024. With over 20 years of experience in further education counselling, Mr. Ng conducts more than 50 career talks annually for parents, teachers and students. He has also served as the Career Master at Tak Sun Secondary School for over a decade and hosts the RTHK Channel 5 Cultural and Educational Group program, “Moments of Inspiration – DSE.”
The seminar attracted more than 160 parents and close to 60 students from S2 to S6. This invaluable event not only provided practical advice on career and life planning but also fostered a supportive community where parents and students could engage in meaningful discussions about future academic and career opportunities.
