Changes of S1 Places Application Guide – 申請轉讀本校中一須知 (2026-2027)

The arrangements for application for change of S1 Place (2026-2027) to our school on the day of Release of SSPA Results are as follows:

1. Application Date:7^th July 2026 (Tuesday)
2. Application Requirements:
     a. The applicant has participated in the current SSPA scheme of the Education Bureau and has been allocated an S1 place;
    b. Excellent academic results and conduct.

3. Application Procedure:
    a.The Application Form for Change of S1 Place and the Application for Change of S1 Place (Annex) will be distributed to applicants fulfilling the application requirements from 8:45 am till 12:15 pm on the day of Release of SSPA Results.
    b.Upon receiving the Application Form for Change of S1 Place and the Application for Change of S1 Place (Annex), the applicant should promptly complete and return them to our staff-on-duty from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm.
    c.The photocopies of the following documents (the originals have to be produced for reference) should be submitted upon application:
        i)SSPA Allocation Slip (can submit in the afternoon before the interview)
        ii)School reports for Primary Five and Primary Six
         iii)Certificates of extracurricular activities, services and awards obtained since September 2024
    d.Applicants with academic results fulfilling the requirements and passing the preliminary selection will be invited for an interview. The shortlisted applicants will be informed by phone on/before 1:00 pm on 7^th July 2026 (Tuesday).
    e.The Interview Time will be from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm on 7^th July 2026 (Tuesday).
     f. Successful applicants will be notified by phone on/before 10^th July 2026 (Friday).
