Changes of S1 Places Application Guide – 申請轉讀本校中一須知 (2024-2025)
The arrangements for application for change of S1 Place (2024-2025) to our school on the day of Release of SSPA Results are as follows:
1. Application Date: 9 th July 2024 (Tuesday)
2. Application Requirements:
a. The applicant has participated in the current SSPA scheme of the Education Bureau and has been allocated an S1 place;
b. Excellent academic results and conduct.
3. Application Procedure:
a. The Application Form for Change of S1 Place and the Application for Change of S1 Place (Annex) will be delivered to applicants fulfilling the application requirements from 8:45 a.m. till 12:15 p.m. on the day of Release of SSPA Results.
b. Upon receiving the Application Form for Change of S1 Place and the Application for Change of S1 Place (Annex), the applicant should promptly complete and return them to our staff-on duty from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
c. The photocopies of the following documents (the originals have to be produced for reference)
should be submitted upon application:
i) SSPA Allocation Slip
ii) P5 and P6 Academic Reports (First & Second Terms)
d. Applicants with academic results fulfilling the requirements and passing the preliminary selection will be invited for an interview. The shortlisted applicants will be informed by phone on/before 1:00 p.m. on 9 th July, 2024 (Tuesday).
e. The Interview Time will be from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on 9 th July, 2024 (Tuesday).
f. Successful applicants will be notified by phone on/before 12 th July, 2024 (Friday).

本校於升中派位結果公佈當日，有關申請轉讀本校中一(2024-2025)的安排，細則如下
1.申請日期： 2024 年 7 月 9 日(星期二)
2.申請條件：
a. 已參加本年度教育局中學學位分配辦法，並獲派中一學位。
b. 學業成績及操行優異
3.申請程序：
a. 本校於升中派位結果公佈當日上午8:45開始派發中一轉校申請表格及附表，下午 12:15 截止派表，符合申請條件者始獲派發表格。
b. 申請人於獲派發中一轉校申請表格及附表後，須儘快填妥，並於上午 9:00 至下午 12:30 一併交回負責教職員。
c. 申請人必須呈交下列文件影印本(並備妥文件正本以便查閱)：
i) SSPA 派位証
ii) 小五及小六上下學期成績表
d. 成績符合要求而通過初步甄選者，可獲參加面試。本校將於 2024 年 7 月 9 日(星期二)下午 1:00 或之前以電話通知獲面試之申請者。
e. 面試時間為 2024 年 7 月 9 日(星期二)下午 1:30 至 4:30。
f. 成功申請者將於 2024 年 7 月 12 日(星期五)或以前獲本校電話通知。 2024 年 6 月 25 日
