Pre-S1 Bridging Programme Successfully Concludes

From 16 to 19 July 2025, 116 new Secondary 1 students participated in the Pre-S1 Bridging Programme, marking an exciting start to their secondary school journey.

The course began with the opening ceremony of “Unlock Your Dream in True Light”, a year-long orientation programme aimed at helping students to embrace the school’s values, traditions, and unlock their potential. Throughout the programme, students experienced a taste of secondary school life by attending lessons and workshops delivered by various subjects and groups, such as English, Mathematics, Science, learning support and religious education. The wide arrange of lessons and activities not only equipped students with essential academic and social skills but also ignited their enthusiasm for learning.

A highlight was the Day Camp on 18 July, where students engaged in team-building activities, fostering their communication and interpersonal skills. Through interactive games and collaborative tasks, they bonded with new classmates and teachers, building a strong foundation for the upcoming academic year.

The Bridging Programme concluded meaningfully with a Parent Orientation Talk, where over 150 parents of S1 students attended to witness the beginning of this new chapter in their daughters’ lives. The session provided valuable insights into school life and strengthened the home-school cooperation.
