An invaluable trip to Cambodia
From June 24 to 30, a total of nine Form Three to Five students participated in a study tour to Phnom Penh and Siem Reap in Cambodia. During the 7-day excursion, we visited the Choeung Ek killing fields and the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum to pay tribute to the victims of the tragic Cambodian civil war in the 1970s. The tour provided a brilliant opportunity for us to deepen our understanding of the people in need. It also offered students an authentic experience beyond the classroom as they immersed themselves in Cambodian history and culture. The tour would help to inspire students in their future studies and cultivate their global consciousness.
